Dirmak Standard Series

IBT 64

60 L commercial mixer for serious bakeries and pastry production.

The IBT 64 is the workhorse of the standard line — a 60 L bowl (the "64" is our model code), 15 kg of flour per batch, three speeds, and the same engineering DNA as our industrial mixers. Bakeries, central kitchens and pastry production lines run it for years.

Why the IBT 64

Engineered choices that show up on the production floor.

Three-speed proven workhorse

65/130/195 rpm covers the range — gentle folding to intensive kneading — with a 1.85 kW motor that takes daily punishment.

AISI 304 stainless bowl + full-CR option

Food-grade bowl as standard; full-stainless (CR) body for hygiene-critical use.

-VE variable-speed alternative

Also available as IBT 64-VE with 20–195 rpm variator and 3 kW motor — same mixer, infinitely-variable speed.

Same engineering as our industrial line

Oil-less belt-driven planetary system, IP54 control + IP32 machine — the same construction philosophy that makes the IBT 200/300 reliable, in a smaller frame.
