Customs
0% EU customs duty via A.TR
Every EU shipment leaves İzmir with an A.TR movement certificate. Under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union, the A.TR makes most industrial planetary mixers eligible for 0% import duty in the destination country (subject to import classification — your local broker confirms against the relevant HS code).
Lead time
4–10 weeks production + 1–2 weeks transit
Standard Series (IBT 12–64): 4–6 weeks. Industrial Mixers (IBT 80-VEL and up): 6–10 weeks depending on option list. Sea freight to Hamburg / Le Havre / Genoa / Valencia adds 10–14 days; cross-EU truck transit is typically 5–8 days.
Incoterms
EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP
Quote-only — we adapt the Incoterm to your importer / freight arrangement. DAP (delivered to your gate, your customs) is the most common European arrangement; EXW (you arrange pickup from İzmir) is also straightforward.
Spare parts
Wear parts dispatched in 1–2 business days
Wear parts (belts, bowl scrapers, gaskets) are stocked at İzmir for the entire IBT range. Larger spares (gearbox, motor) ship within 5 business days. We maintain a parts list tied to your serial number for fast cross-referencing.
Warranty
12-month structural warranty
12 months from shipment on the planetary gearbox, main motor and structural components, against manufacturing defects. Wear parts and electrical consumables are reordered via the spares channel. Extended warranty terms can be negotiated for industrial deployments during quotation.
Commissioning
Remote or on-site, depending on machine
Industrial Mixers (IBT 80-VEL and larger): remote video commissioning included; on-site commissioning by a Dirmak technician available where the order volume justifies the travel. Standard Series: documented for buyer-side installation by your local maintenance team.

+How long does delivery to Germany / France / Italy / Spain take?
Standard production lead time is 4–6 weeks for the IBT 12–IBT 64 Standard Series and 6–10 weeks for the IBT 80-VEL to IBT 300-DC CR Industrial Mixers, depending on the option list. From İzmir, sea freight to Hamburg, Le Havre, Genoa or Valencia typically adds 10–14 days; door-to-door truck transit through Europe is usually 5–8 days once on EU soil.
+Does Dirmak handle the A.TR documentation for 0% EU import duty?
Yes. Every shipment to the EU is dispatched with an A.TR movement certificate prepared by our export team. Under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union the A.TR makes most industrial planetary mixers eligible for 0% customs duty in the destination EU country (subject to import classification — your local broker will confirm against the relevant HS code).

Larger spares (gearbox, motor) are typically dispatched within 5 business days. We maintain a parts list tied to the original order so spares can be cross-referenced by your serial number.
+What does the warranty cover?
12 months from shipment on the planetary gearbox, main motor and structural components, against manufacturing defects. Wear parts and electrical components are excluded from the structural warranty but can be reordered through our spares channel. Site-specific warranty extensions can be negotiated during quotation for industrial deployments.
+Is installation support available in Europe?
For Industrial Mixers (IBT 80-VEL and larger), we can arrange remote commissioning support over video call as part of the quotation, and on-site commissioning by a Dirmak technician when the order volume justifies the travel. For Standard Series machines, the user manual and installation guide are designed for direct installation by the buyer or their local maintenance team.
+What CE / EN 454 / Declaration of Conformity documents are provided?
Every machine ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity. Industrial Mixers up to 200 L additionally carry EN 454 conformity. EC 1935/2004 food-contact compliance is documented for all stainless and food-contact surfaces. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for the AISI 304 stainless body are issued on request and are recommended for hygiene-critical production. All documents are issued in English; German, French, Italian or Spanish versions are available on request.
