A small mixer should not be a small idea. Every Standard-Series IBT ships with an AISI 304 food-grade bowl, an oil-less belt-driven planetary system, IP54 control electronics and the same accessory family as our industrial line. The result is a mixer that scales from a 10 L benchtop to a 60 L bakery workhorse without losing the engineering standard.
