The serious-buyer guide.
If you're sizing an industrial planetary mixer for your line, the questions that come up before RFQ are about utilities, cleaning, spare parts, shipping and certification. Short answers below; detailed drawings and per-model packets shipped with every quote.
Utility & installation
What you need on the floor before delivery.
Voltage and phase by model: 230 V / 1 Ph for the IBT 12; 400 V / 3 Ph / 50–60 Hz for IBT 22 through IBT 300. Floor loading scales with shipping weight (140 kg for IBT 22; up to 2 400 kg for the IBT 300 / 300-DC CR). Clearance for the bowl-lift travel and for wheeled-bowl removal should be planned on the column-body industrial mixers (IBT 100 / 140 / 200 / 300). The flagship IBT 300-DC CR additionally needs compressed-air supply (for sealed-bowl aeration) and a water inlet + drain for the CIP wash circuit — both spec'd at quote.
Cleaning & maintenance
Daily routines and scheduled service.
AISI 304 bowls and accessories clean down with mild detergent and water. CR models add stainless external surfaces for hygiene-focused cleaning routines. Because the machine rating is IP54 control / IP32 machine, direct hose-down or washdown methods should be confirmed against the selected configuration and site cleaning protocol. The IBT 300-DC CR adds an automatic CIP wash cycle that reduces manual cleaning between compatible production runs (subject to recipe and hygiene protocol). Recommended preventive maintenance intervals — belt inspection, gearbox check, lift mechanism — are documented per model and shipped with the user manual.
Spare parts & service
Stable supply, EU-timezone support.
Spare-parts logistics run from İzmir, with stable supply on wear parts (belts, attachments, gaskets) and assembly-level components. Technical and after-sales support operates in EU working hours. Distributors carry first-line spare stock in their region; for direct-supply customers a recommended spares kit is included in every quote.
Shipping & export
Crating, Incoterms and the A.TR advantage.
Each machine ships in a custom wooden crate sized to its shipping weight and dimensions. Standard incoterms offered are EXW İzmir, FCA İzmir and FOB İzmir/Ambarlı — others are quotable. Manufactured in Türkiye, every shipment ships with an A.TR movement certificate — eligible for 0% EU customs duty (subject to import classification and standard customs documentation). HS codes and detailed packing lists are issued with the proforma invoice.
Compliance documentation
Core documentation for customs and buyer qualification.
CE Declaration of Conformity and the EN 454 conformity statement (for planetary mixers ≤200 L) are issued per shipment. ISO 9001 quality-management certificate is current and available on request. EAC for the EAEU market on demand. Food-contact compliance under EC 1935/2004 is standard; EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for the AISI 304 stainless components are issued on request.
