Alfândega
0% direitos aduaneiros UE via A.TR
Cada expedição UE sai de İzmir com um certificado de circulação A.TR. Sob a União Aduaneira UE–Türkiye, o A.TR torna a maioria das batedeiras planetárias industriais elegíveis para 0% de direitos de importação no país de destino (sujeito a classificação aduaneira — o seu agente local confirma face ao código HS relevante).
Prazo de entrega
4–10 semanas de produção + 1–2 semanas de trânsito
Série Padrão (IBT 12–64): 4–6 semanas. Batedeiras industriais (IBT 80-VEL e superiores): 6–10 semanas conforme lista de opções. Frete marítimo para Hamburgo / Le Havre / Génova / Valência: 10–14 dias; trânsito rodoviário UE: tipicamente 5–8 dias.
Incoterms
EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP
Apenas mediante orçamento — adaptamos o Incoterm ao seu importador / acordo de frete. DAP (entregue na sua porta, alfândega ao seu cargo) é o acordo europeu mais comum; EXW (você organiza a recolha a partir de İzmir) também é simples.

Peças de desgaste expedidas em 1–2 dias úteis
As peças de desgaste (correias, raspadores de cuba, juntas) estão em stock em İzmir para toda a gama IBT. As peças maiores (redutor, motor) são expedidas em 5 dias úteis. Mantemos uma lista de peças ligada ao seu número de série para uma rápida referenciação cruzada.
Garantia
Garantia estrutural de 12 meses
12 meses desde a expedição sobre o redutor planetário, motor principal e componentes estruturais, contra defeitos de fabrico. Peças de desgaste e consumíveis elétricos são reencomendados através do canal de peças. Termos de garantia alargada podem ser negociados para implantações industriais durante o orçamento.
Comissionamento
Remoto ou no local, dependendo da máquina
Batedeiras industriais (IBT 80-VEL e maiores): comissionamento remoto por vídeo incluído; comissionamento no local por um técnico Dirmak disponível quando o volume da encomenda justifica a deslocação. Série Padrão: documentada para instalação do lado do comprador pela sua equipa de manutenção local.

+How long does delivery to Germany / France / Italy / Spain take?
Standard production lead time is 4–6 weeks for the IBT 12–IBT 64 Standard Series and 6–10 weeks for the IBT 80-VEL to IBT 300-DC CR Industrial Mixers, depending on the option list. From İzmir, sea freight to Hamburg, Le Havre, Genoa or Valencia typically adds 10–14 days; door-to-door truck transit through Europe is usually 5–8 days once on EU soil.
+Does Dirmak handle the A.TR documentation for 0% EU import duty?
Yes. Every shipment to the EU is dispatched with an A.TR movement certificate prepared by our export team. Under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union the A.TR makes most industrial planetary mixers eligible for 0% customs duty in the destination EU country (subject to import classification — your local broker will confirm against the relevant HS code).
+How are spare parts handled in Europe?
Wear parts (belts, bowl scrapers, gaskets, motor brushes) are stocked at our İzmir facility for the entire IBT range and dispatched by express courier in 1–2 business days. Larger spares (gearbox, motor) are typically dispatched within 5 business days. We maintain a parts list tied to the original order so spares can be cross-referenced by your serial number.
+What does the warranty cover?
12 months from shipment on the planetary gearbox, main motor and structural components, against manufacturing defects. Wear parts and electrical components are excluded from the structural warranty but can be reordered through our spares channel. Site-specific warranty extensions can be negotiated during quotation for industrial deployments.
+Is installation support available in Europe?
For Industrial Mixers (IBT 80-VEL and larger), we can arrange remote commissioning support over video call as part of the quotation, and on-site commissioning by a Dirmak technician when the order volume justifies the travel. For Standard Series machines, the user manual and installation guide are designed for direct installation by the buyer or their local maintenance team.
+What CE / EN 454 / Declaration of Conformity documents are provided?
Every machine ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity. Industrial Mixers up to 200 L additionally carry EN 454 conformity. EC 1935/2004 food-contact compliance is documented for all stainless and food-contact surfaces. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for the AISI 304 stainless body are issued on request and are recommended for hygiene-critical production. All documents are issued in English; German, French, Italian or Spanish versions are available on request.
