Таможня
0 % пошлины ЕС через A.TR
Каждая отгрузка в ЕС покидает Измир с сертификатом перемещения A.TR. В рамках Таможенного союза ЕС–Турция A.TR делает большинство промышленных планетарных миксеров соответствующими условиям 0% импортной пошлины в стране назначения (при условии импортной классификации — ваш местный брокер подтверждает по соответствующему коду HS).
Срок изготовления
4–10 недель производства + 1–2 недели транзита
Стандартная серия (IBT 12–64): 4–6 недель. Промышленные миксеры (IBT 80-VEL и выше): 6–10 недель в зависимости от списка опций. Морской фрахт в Гамбург / Гавр / Геную / Валенсию: 10–14 дней; автотранзит внутри ЕС: обычно 5–8 дней.
Incoterms
EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP
Только по запросу — мы адаптируем Incoterm к вашему импортёру / условиям фрахта. DAP (доставка к вашим воротам, ваша таможня) — самая частая европейская схема; EXW (вы организуете самовывоз из Измира) тоже прост.
Запчасти
Изнашиваемые части отгружаются за 1–2 рабочих дня
Изнашиваемые части (ремни, скребки чаши, прокладки) хранятся на складе в Измире для всей серии IBT. Более крупные запчасти (редуктор, мотор) отгружаются в течение 5 рабочих дней. Мы ведём список запчастей, привязанный к вашему серийному номеру, для быстрого перекрёстного поиска.
Гарантия
12-месячная структурная гарантия
12 месяцев с момента отгрузки на планетарный редуктор, основной двигатель и структурные компоненты против производственных дефектов. Изнашиваемые части и электрические расходники заказываются через канал запчастей. Условия расширенной гарантии могут быть согласованы для промышленных внедрений на этапе котирования.
Пусконаладка
Удалённо или на месте, в зависимости от машины
Промышленные миксеры (IBT 80-VEL и больше): удалённая видеопусконаладка включена; пусконаладка на месте техническим специалистом Dirmak доступна, когда объём заказа оправдывает выезд. Стандартная серия: задокументирована для установки силами покупателя вашей местной службой обслуживания.

+How long does delivery to Germany / France / Italy / Spain take?
Standard production lead time is 4–6 weeks for the IBT 12–IBT 64 Standard Series and 6–10 weeks for the IBT 80-VEL to IBT 300-DC CR Industrial Mixers, depending on the option list. From İzmir, sea freight to Hamburg, Le Havre, Genoa or Valencia typically adds 10–14 days; door-to-door truck transit through Europe is usually 5–8 days once on EU soil.
+Does Dirmak handle the A.TR documentation for 0% EU import duty?
Yes. Every shipment to the EU is dispatched with an A.TR movement certificate prepared by our export team. Under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union the A.TR makes most industrial planetary mixers eligible for 0% customs duty in the destination EU country (subject to import classification — your local broker will confirm against the relevant HS code).
+How are spare parts handled in Europe?
Wear parts (belts, bowl scrapers, gaskets, motor brushes) are stocked at our İzmir facility for the entire IBT range and dispatched by express courier in 1–2 business days. Larger spares (gearbox, motor) are typically dispatched within 5 business days. We maintain a parts list tied to the original order so spares can be cross-referenced by your serial number.
+What does the warranty cover?
12 months from shipment on the planetary gearbox, main motor and structural components, against manufacturing defects. Wear parts and electrical components are excluded from the structural warranty but can be reordered through our spares channel. Site-specific warranty extensions can be negotiated during quotation for industrial deployments.
+Is installation support available in Europe?
For Industrial Mixers (IBT 80-VEL and larger), we can arrange remote commissioning support over video call as part of the quotation, and on-site commissioning by a Dirmak technician when the order volume justifies the travel. For Standard Series machines, the user manual and installation guide are designed for direct installation by the buyer or their local maintenance team.
+What CE / EN 454 / Declaration of Conformity documents are provided?
Every machine ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity. Industrial Mixers up to 200 L additionally carry EN 454 conformity. EC 1935/2004 food-contact compliance is documented for all stainless and food-contact surfaces. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for the AISI 304 stainless body are issued on request and are recommended for hygiene-critical production. All documents are issued in English; German, French, Italian or Spanish versions are available on request.
