Dogana
0% dazio doganale UE via A.TR
Ogni spedizione UE parte da İzmir con un certificato di circolazione A.TR. Sotto l'Unione Doganale UE–Türkiye, l'A.TR rende la maggior parte delle impastatrici planetarie industriali idonee allo 0% di dazio doganale nel paese di destinazione (soggetto a classificazione doganale — il vostro broker locale conferma rispetto al codice HS pertinente).
Tempi di consegna
4–10 settimane produzione + 1–2 settimane transito
Serie Standard (IBT 12–64): 4–6 settimane. Impastatrici industriali (IBT 80-VEL e oltre): 6–10 settimane a seconda della lista opzioni. Trasporto marittimo verso Amburgo / Le Havre / Genova / Valencia: 10–14 giorni; transito stradale UE: tipicamente 5–8 giorni.
Incoterm
EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP
Solo a preventivo — adattiamo l'Incoterm al vostro importatore / accordo di trasporto. DAP (consegnato al vostro cancello, dogana a vostro carico) è l'accordo europeo più comune; EXW (organizzate il ritiro da İzmir) è anche semplice.
Ricambi
Ricambi d'usura spediti in 1–2 giorni lavorativi
I ricambi d'usura (cinghie, raschietti, guarnizioni) sono stoccati a İzmir per tutta la gamma IBT. I ricambi più grandi (riduttore, motore) vengono spediti entro 5 giorni lavorativi. Manteniamo un elenco ricambi collegato al vostro numero di serie per un riferimento incrociato rapido.
Garanzia
Garanzia strutturale di 12 mesi
12 mesi dalla spedizione sul riduttore planetario, motore principale e componenti strutturali, contro difetti di fabbricazione. I ricambi d'usura e i consumabili elettrici vengono riordinati tramite il canale ricambi. Termini di garanzia estesa possono essere negoziati per i deployment industriali durante la quotazione.
Messa in servizio
Remota o in loco, a seconda della macchina
Impastatrici industriali (IBT 80-VEL e più grandi): messa in servizio video da remoto inclusa; messa in servizio in loco da parte di un tecnico Dirmak disponibile quando il volume dell'ordine giustifica il viaggio. Serie Standard: documentata per installazione lato acquirente da parte del vostro team di manutenzione locale.

+How long does delivery to Germany / France / Italy / Spain take?
Standard production lead time is 4–6 weeks for the IBT 12–IBT 64 Standard Series and 6–10 weeks for the IBT 80-VEL to IBT 300-DC CR Industrial Mixers, depending on the option list. From İzmir, sea freight to Hamburg, Le Havre, Genoa or Valencia typically adds 10–14 days; door-to-door truck transit through Europe is usually 5–8 days once on EU soil.
+Does Dirmak handle the A.TR documentation for 0% EU import duty?
Yes. Every shipment to the EU is dispatched with an A.TR movement certificate prepared by our export team. Under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union the A.TR makes most industrial planetary mixers eligible for 0% customs duty in the destination EU country (subject to import classification — your local broker will confirm against the relevant HS code).
+How are spare parts handled in Europe?
Wear parts (belts, bowl scrapers, gaskets, motor brushes) are stocked at our İzmir facility for the entire IBT range and dispatched by express courier in 1–2 business days. Larger spares (gearbox, motor) are typically dispatched within 5 business days. We maintain a parts list tied to the original order so spares can be cross-referenced by your serial number.
+What does the warranty cover?
12 months from shipment on the planetary gearbox, main motor and structural components, against manufacturing defects. Wear parts and electrical components are excluded from the structural warranty but can be reordered through our spares channel. Site-specific warranty extensions can be negotiated during quotation for industrial deployments.
+Is installation support available in Europe?
For Industrial Mixers (IBT 80-VEL and larger), we can arrange remote commissioning support over video call as part of the quotation, and on-site commissioning by a Dirmak technician when the order volume justifies the travel. For Standard Series machines, the user manual and installation guide are designed for direct installation by the buyer or their local maintenance team.
+What CE / EN 454 / Declaration of Conformity documents are provided?
Every machine ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity. Industrial Mixers up to 200 L additionally carry EN 454 conformity. EC 1935/2004 food-contact compliance is documented for all stainless and food-contact surfaces. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for the AISI 304 stainless body are issued on request and are recommended for hygiene-critical production. All documents are issued in English; German, French, Italian or Spanish versions are available on request.
