Gümrük
A.TR ile %0 AB gümrük vergisi
Her AB sevkiyatı İzmir'den A.TR dolaşım belgesiyle ayrılır. AB–Türkiye Gümrük Birliği kapsamında A.TR, çoğu endüstriyel planet mikserin varış ülkesinde %0 ithalat vergisine uygun olmasını sağlar (ithalat sınıflandırmasına tabidir — yerel gümrük müşaviriniz ilgili HS koduna göre teyit eder).
Teslim süresi
4–10 hafta üretim + 1–2 hafta transit
Standart Seri (IBT 12–64): 4–6 hafta. Endüstriyel mikserler (IBT 80-VEL ve üzeri): seçenek listesine bağlı olarak 6–10 hafta. Hamburg / Le Havre / Cenova / Valencia'ya deniz taşımacılığı: 10–14 gün; AB içi karayolu transiti: tipik olarak 5–8 gün.
Incoterms
EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP
Sadece teklif üzerine — Incoterm'i ithalatçınıza / nakliye düzenlemenize uyarlıyoruz. DAP (kapınıza teslim, gümrük size ait) en yaygın Avrupa düzenlemesidir; EXW (İzmir'den teslim almayı siz organize edersiniz) de basittir.
Yedek parça
Aşınma parçaları 1–2 iş gününde sevk edilir
Aşınma parçaları (kayışlar, kazan kazıyıcılar, contalar) tüm IBT serisi için İzmir'de stoklanır. Daha büyük yedek parçalar (redüktör, motor) 5 iş günü içinde gönderilir. Hızlı çapraz referans için seri numaranıza bağlı bir parça listesi tutarız.
Garanti
12 aylık yapısal garanti
Planet redüktör, ana motor ve yapısal bileşenler üzerinde sevkiyattan itibaren 12 ay, üretim kusurlarına karşı. Aşınma parçaları ve elektrikli sarf malzemeleri yedek parça kanalı üzerinden yeniden sipariş edilir. Endüstriyel projelerde teklif sürecinde uzatılmış garanti şartları görüşülebilir.
Devreye alma
Makineye bağlı olarak uzaktan veya sahada
Endüstriyel mikserler (IBT 80-VEL ve daha büyük): uzaktan video devreye alma dahil; sipariş hacmi seyahati haklı çıkardığında bir Dirmak teknisyeni tarafından sahada devreye alma mevcuttur. Standart Seri: yerel bakım ekibiniz tarafından alıcı tarafında kurulum için belgelendirilmiştir.

+How long does delivery to Germany / France / Italy / Spain take?
Standard production lead time is 4–6 weeks for the IBT 12–IBT 64 Standard Series and 6–10 weeks for the IBT 80-VEL to IBT 300-DC CR Industrial Mixers, depending on the option list. From İzmir, sea freight to Hamburg, Le Havre, Genoa or Valencia typically adds 10–14 days; door-to-door truck transit through Europe is usually 5–8 days once on EU soil.
+Does Dirmak handle the A.TR documentation for 0% EU import duty?
Yes. Every shipment to the EU is dispatched with an A.TR movement certificate prepared by our export team. Under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union the A.TR makes most industrial planetary mixers eligible for 0% customs duty in the destination EU country (subject to import classification — your local broker will confirm against the relevant HS code).
+How are spare parts handled in Europe?
Wear parts (belts, bowl scrapers, gaskets, motor brushes) are stocked at our İzmir facility for the entire IBT range and dispatched by express courier in 1–2 business days. Larger spares (gearbox, motor) are typically dispatched within 5 business days. We maintain a parts list tied to the original order so spares can be cross-referenced by your serial number.
+What does the warranty cover?
12 months from shipment on the planetary gearbox, main motor and structural components, against manufacturing defects. Wear parts and electrical components are excluded from the structural warranty but can be reordered through our spares channel. Site-specific warranty extensions can be negotiated during quotation for industrial deployments.
+Is installation support available in Europe?
For Industrial Mixers (IBT 80-VEL and larger), we can arrange remote commissioning support over video call as part of the quotation, and on-site commissioning by a Dirmak technician when the order volume justifies the travel. For Standard Series machines, the user manual and installation guide are designed for direct installation by the buyer or their local maintenance team.
+What CE / EN 454 / Declaration of Conformity documents are provided?
Every machine ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity. Industrial Mixers up to 200 L additionally carry EN 454 conformity. EC 1935/2004 food-contact compliance is documented for all stainless and food-contact surfaces. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for the AISI 304 stainless body are issued on request and are recommended for hygiene-critical production. All documents are issued in English; German, French, Italian or Spanish versions are available on request.
