0 % EU-Zoll über A.TR
Jede EU-Sendung verlässt İzmir mit einer A.TR-Warenverkehrsbescheinigung. Unter der EU–Türkei-Zollunion macht die A.TR die meisten Industrie-Planetenmischer im Bestimmungsland zollfrei (vorbehaltlich Einfuhrklassifizierung — Ihr lokaler Broker bestätigt anhand des relevanten HS-Codes).
Lieferzeit
4–10 Wochen Produktion + 1–2 Wochen Transit
Standard-Serie (IBT 12–64): 4–6 Wochen. Industriemischer (IBT 80-VEL und höher): 6–10 Wochen je nach Optionsliste. Seefracht nach Hamburg / Le Havre / Genua / Valencia dauert 10–14 Tage; Cross-EU-LKW-Transit typischerweise 5–8 Tage.
Incoterms
EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP
Nur auf Angebot — wir passen den Incoterm an Ihre Importeurs-/Frachtregelung an. DAP (geliefert an Ihr Tor, Ihre Zollabwicklung) ist die häufigste europäische Vereinbarung; EXW (Sie organisieren die Abholung aus İzmir) ist ebenfalls unkompliziert.
Ersatzteile
Verschleißteile versendet in 1–2 Werktagen
Verschleißteile (Riemen, Kesselabschaber, Dichtungen) werden in İzmir für das gesamte IBT-Programm vorgehalten. Größere Ersatzteile (Getriebe, Motor) werden innerhalb von 5 Werktagen versandt. Wir führen eine Ersatzteilliste, die an Ihre Seriennummer gebunden ist, für schnelle Querverweise.
Garantie
12-monatige Strukturgarantie
12 Monate ab Versand auf Planetengetriebe, Hauptmotor und Strukturkomponenten gegen Herstellungsmängel. Verschleißteile und elektrische Verbrauchsmaterialien werden über den Ersatzteilkanal nachbestellt. Erweiterte Garantiebedingungen können für industrielle Einsätze während der Angebotsphase verhandelt werden.
Inbetriebnahme
Remote oder vor Ort, je nach Maschine
Industriemischer (IBT 80-VEL und größer): Remote-Video-Inbetriebnahme inklusive; Inbetriebnahme vor Ort durch einen Dirmak-Techniker verfügbar, wenn das Auftragsvolumen die Anreise rechtfertigt. Standard-Serie: dokumentiert für die kundenseitige Installation durch Ihr lokales Wartungsteam.

+How long does delivery to Germany / France / Italy / Spain take?
Standard production lead time is 4–6 weeks for the IBT 12–IBT 64 Standard Series and 6–10 weeks for the IBT 80-VEL to IBT 300-DC CR Industrial Mixers, depending on the option list. From İzmir, sea freight to Hamburg, Le Havre, Genoa or Valencia typically adds 10–14 days; door-to-door truck transit through Europe is usually 5–8 days once on EU soil.
+Does Dirmak handle the A.TR documentation for 0% EU import duty?
Yes. Every shipment to the EU is dispatched with an A.TR movement certificate prepared by our export team. Under the EU–Türkiye Customs Union the A.TR makes most industrial planetary mixers eligible for 0% customs duty in the destination EU country (subject to import classification — your local broker will confirm against the relevant HS code).
+How are spare parts handled in Europe?
Wear parts (belts, bowl scrapers, gaskets, motor brushes) are stocked at our İzmir facility for the entire IBT range and dispatched by express courier in 1–2 business days. Larger spares (gearbox, motor) are typically dispatched within 5 business days. We maintain a parts list tied to the original order so spares can be cross-referenced by your serial number.
+What does the warranty cover?
12 months from shipment on the planetary gearbox, main motor and structural components, against manufacturing defects. Wear parts and electrical components are excluded from the structural warranty but can be reordered through our spares channel. Site-specific warranty extensions can be negotiated during quotation for industrial deployments.
+Is installation support available in Europe?
For Industrial Mixers (IBT 80-VEL and larger), we can arrange remote commissioning support over video call as part of the quotation, and on-site commissioning by a Dirmak technician when the order volume justifies the travel. For Standard Series machines, the user manual and installation guide are designed for direct installation by the buyer or their local maintenance team.
+What CE / EN 454 / Declaration of Conformity documents are provided?
Every machine ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity. Industrial Mixers up to 200 L additionally carry EN 454 conformity. EC 1935/2004 food-contact compliance is documented for all stainless and food-contact surfaces. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for the AISI 304 stainless body are issued on request and are recommended for hygiene-critical production. All documents are issued in English; German, French, Italian or Spanish versions are available on request.
